Sunday was a special day since it’s been a little while since the whole family has had a chance to get together.

Okay, yeah and Molly, Susan’s precious dog. Well she is part of the family, come on now!
Enter “H”. She’s Lilly’s grandchild and Susan’s niece.
You see “H” is from out of town visiting this week with her Mom. Sunday was a special day to spend time with the whole family and get some nice portraits from me, the photog.
Hmm, not gonna happen exactly how we all thought.
“H” had an entirely different photo shoot in mind this day. I think she’s been watching Amereica’s Funniest Home Videos in her spare time and was determined to to do the equivalent for still photos. Did I mention she’s 3 years old??
So…plan B was to start working on the cooperative members of the family. Hee hee.

Of course Susan and hubby, Roy, were ready for their close ups.
With the clock running down, we resorted to relaxing with a little art therapy.
By this time they were having so much fun I was ready to put my camera down and join them.
But I’m nothing if not persistent and I was able to get a few of that beautiful face close up.
Update 05-23-09! Brandy and “H” were able to come into the studio for a few more shots. We had a great time!

“H” had more fun looking for my cats than getting serious about posing, but she came through for me!
