Christmas Came Early in Goldsby, OK

Well, Christmas photos began today and already I find myself humming Christmas carols. Please meet Sprinkles. She’s Rocky Spot Dalmatian Rescue‘s youngest charge.

Brandi and Michael Festivities Center Wedding

Meet Brandi and Michael again. It’s been nearly a year I believe since I first met up with them for engagement photos. This wedding has been in the works for a while now and it all came together quite nicely yesterday afternoon.

Septemberfest in Oklahoma City (The OK History Museum)

On the grounds and in the museum groups from all over Oklahoma came together for a fun fall day! For the past several years the governor has hosted a day of fun, education and art for the children of OKC. This year not only did the grounds of the governor’s mansion get involved, but the Oklahoma History Museum got in on the act.

Not only were the kids and adults beautiful, but the decorations and art was amazing! 4349

The native clothing for the Japanese group was really cool. This little boy wasn’t much for modeling for me, but his kimono was very colorful. 4394 4380

Spring Nguyen, the president of the ASO, is no slouch when it comes to painting a face. 4376 4382

Rescue Me! Dalmatian and Beagle Rescue in Newcastle Oklahoma

Okay, so they’re not all Beagles or Dals, but all need some love and a good home!

4211 4246 Some were actually just back for a visit with old friends. 4206 4253 But at least the current residents all have a safe place to sleep and full tummies. 4197 Yeah, a few of them have their undies in a knot because they have to share a room, but for the most part they’re a pretty content bunch.

They’re backgrounds vary, but some have had it much harder than others. This little baby, Muddy, has shown incredible resiliency! He was found in a ditch. Both legs were broken. The vets were able to save him and one of the legs. If he’s “different” than the other dogs, he doesn’t know it!
